The Lake House At Yuba

The Lake House At Yuba is the closet house to the lake in a very exclusive lakeside experience. The house provides Large spacious rooms excellent for families as well as plenty of gathering space indoor and out for all your activities. When you stay at this house you have access to a private beach right on the lake that is sure to please groups of all ages. The space Our house was newly built in 2019. It has Large spacious rooms and large hangout areas for families to enjoy. This is the closest house to Yuba lake and has a private beach and yard for outdoor enjoyment! Theres lots of room though out the house for extra sleeping pads. Private dock and hot tub coming for summer of 2021! Guest access The guest will receive their own door access code 24 hours before checking in. The guests have access to the entire space. There are a couple lock out closets for owner items that don't effect the guests stay or use of the space! Guests access codes give them access to the door and the security panel should they choose to set the alarm or view the cameras. The cameras record motion of the exterior of the home. Guests must not attempt to access Locked closets or rooms or they will be removed from the home with no refund. Other things to note Close by are Dairy Queen that has a fun petting zoo next store as well as some convenience stores.
