Master suite with king bed has a private patio, fireplace, soaking tub and steam shower. Enjoy the theater room with big screen, wet bar, and Peloton. Grill/dine outdoors, enjoy the firepit or soak in the hot tub where radiant patios ensure access. Main St/ski runs all a few minutes walk. 4WD strongly advised to ensure access. The space The master has a king bed, fireplace, soaking tub, steam shower, private patio and washer dryer. The junior master has a queen bed, soaking tub and patio access. The first room off the main level has a queen bed and private patio. The second room off the main level has a queen bed. The bunkroom in the lower level has 3 bunks (6 twin beds). All bedrooms are en-suite. Guest access There is one space available in the garage. Additional car can park on the driveway. King Rd is a bit steep so can be slippery with fresh snow, 4WD strongly advised to ensure access. Other things to note Construction on the adjacent home will begin sometime in 2026 so will have periodic noise. If you have concerns, we can discuss your dates and I can try to get an idea from the GC as to specific activity at that time.
