Welcome to our chalet with one of the best mountain views around. This 3 bedroom home features brand new living room furniture , brand new appliances, and a professionally decorated open concept living/dining/kitchen on the main floor. This home has an open concept living room-dining area with plenty of space where your friends or family can cook, eat, and relax together by the fireplace. Step out onto the balcony for a beautiful mountain view or capture the view from almost every window! The space This chalet is conveniently situated only a 2-min walk right into the Blue Mountain village and ski hills. This chalet has a ski locker right outside the entrance into the home. The living room, dining room, kitchen and washroom are all located on the main level. High end materials were used to create a luxurious feeling as you enter the chalet. This home is very welcoming and we take great pride in creating and maintaining this ambiance. Kitchen: This fully equipped kitchen contains everything you need including a dishwasher, stove, microwave, electric coffee maker and a large fridge. It has all new stainless steel appliances, new cutlery, granite countertops and bar stools to accommodate three. All you need to bring is your food and seasonings. The dining room table seats six but can be lengthened to accommodate 8. Living room: This freshly styled living room with new furniture is the perfect spot to enjoy the fireplace surrounded by company and bright open windows with a view of the ski hill. The couch easily pulls out to a Queen bed if needed. Enjoy watching TV on your night in or take a quick walk over to the village to enjoy shopping or dining at many of the wonderful restaurants. Bedrooms: The living features a Queen pull out couch to accommodate 2 guests if needed. The upper level includes 3 bedrooms. One room has a Queen bed, another room with a Twin-over-double bunk bed plus a single bed. The third bedroom has a King bed with en-suite washroom and a large window view of the beautiful mountains. Other things to note **Please note: During these unprecedented times, Blue Mountain has adjusted their capacity and ticket availability for the 2021 ski season. We highly recommend you purchase your seasons pass right away to ensure you have access to the slopes during the months of December until January 4th. Prior to January 4th, only passholders will have access to the slopes. Book your season passes now if you plan to use the slopes during these days. Quantities are limited and can become sold out at any point. The Blue Mountain online portal is now available to pre-purchase your lift tickets for slope access on January 4th and onward. This year Blue Mountain will be providing priority to passholders and those that pre-purchase their lift tickets. Same day lift ticket purchases may be sold out on any given day! We recommend to pre-purchase as early as possible. **Please keep in mind this is Blue Mountains current policy as of Nov 18th, 2020 and is subject to change. COVID-19 Mitigation Protocols Property Valet has undertaken ongoing briefings and meetings with staff and contractors and enhanced operating protocols specifically related to our cleaning and sanitation of units. We are closely following the guidance of Ministry of Health, while operating according to to federal and provincial short term rental regulations. Coronaviruses are one of the easiest types of viruses to kill with the appropriate disinfectant product when used according to the label directions. Health Canada has published a list of hard surface disinfectants that are likely to be effective for use against COVID-19. Property Valet has implemented use of these products. Although they do not claim to kill COVID-19, cleaners can play a role in limiting the transfer of microorganisms. Health Canada recommends cleaning high-touch surfaces often, using either regular household cleaners or diluted bleach. To enhance our regular cleaning techniques staff at Property Valet has been instructed to double sanitize all "High Risk Surface Points".
