Relax on two large decks with gazebos, soak in the hot tub overlooking the river or enjoy fishing right off of the property. Inside, a spacious garage/game room that doubles as an additional sleepy area with a queen Murphy bed and a sofa bed. Just 15 minutes from Medford Airport and Grants Pass, with wineries, rafting and outdoor adventures nearby. Sleeps 14. The space Sleepy Canoe is a beautiful, spacious riverfront home overlooking the Rogue River, with plenty of room for friends and family to relax and enjoy time together. The home features three private bedrooms plus a spacious converted garage/game room that doubles as an additional sleeping area with a queen Murphy bed and sofa bed. Please note: The top bunks have a maximum weight limit of 300 lbs. Outdoor living is the highlight at Sleepy Canoe with two beautiful large decks and a covered gazebo seating area overlooking the Rogue River making it the perfect place to gather, relax and enjoy the view. Unwind in the hot tub, gather around the fire pit, enjoy an outdoor meal prepared on the BBQ, or grab your fishing pole and fish right from the property! The Rogue River is renowned for its incredible fishing making this a truly special riverfront getaway! Step inside to our beautifully decorated home with plenty of space for everyone to gather. The well-stocked kitchen is perfect for entertaining and preparing meals, while the garage game room offers even more fun with a ping pong and foosball table. Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi throughout the home and enjoy 3 flat-screen TV's. Traveling with extended family or a larger group? Our neighboring vacation home is located right next door. Each home can be rented separately, or both homes can be rented together, ideal for holidays or family reunions while giving everyone plenty of space. A limited number of visitors who are not included on the reservation may be permitted with prior approval from the host. Family gatherings and reunions are welcome, but parties are not permitted. Please note: Parking is limited to 3 vehicles per property. We are located on a small, narrow, alley-like street with no street parking. Plenty of public parking is conveniently located just down the street. Dog Friendly: We're happy to welcome up to 2 dogs for an additional fee of $30 per dog. Sorry, no cats allowed. Guest access Full house access Other things to note 15 minutes away from the Medford airport and within 10 minutes of Del Rio Vineyards, Rogue Rafting Company, and Gold Hill Sports park. Our place is the perfect location for shopping, golfing, rafting, fishing, jet boats and wine tours. Nearby scenic trails allow for enjoyable hiking and biking while taking in the views of the Rogue River. For those ready to conquer the river on their boat, the Gold Hill Sports park is about a 5 minute drive away and has a boat launch, as well as a beach area, picnic tables, and other fun activities. We may ask for a $200 security deposit upon booking.
