The Sleepy Canoe

Sleepy Canoe is a great getaway half way between Ashland and Grants Pass on the Rogue River just 15 minutes from the Medford Airport. Between Crater Lake and the Pacific Ocean. Enjoy fishing, cycling, wine tasting and rafting the best rapids on the Rogue River. Sleeps and feeds 14 people and has a private fishing area at the bottom of the trail below the house. Enjoy this special one-of-a-kind escape. The house is brand new and ready for you! The space Hot tub, bicycles, game room, 2 big screen tvs with high speed WiFi throughout the house and plenty of space to work or play. We're happy to have you bring along your pet for an additional $30/ pet. No cats allowed. STRICT NO SMOKING POLICY: Smoking in the property will result in an additional $500 cleaning charge. Please note there is a 300lb weight limit on the top bunk of the queen bunk beds in the guest rooms. Our place is the perfect location for shopping, golfing, rafting, fishing, jet boats and wine tours. Nearby scenic trails allow for enjoyable hiking and biking while taking in the views of the Rogue River. For those ready to conquer the river on their boat, the Gold Hill Sports park is about a 5 minute drive away and has a boat launch, as well as a beach area, picnic tables, and other fun activities. We may ask for a $200 security deposit upon booking.
