Welcome to Magnolia and Dogwood Apartments! Are you seeking peace and serenity while also needing convenience to downtown Chattanooga? This property boasts 2 beautiful fenced acres of land with beautiful views of Lookout Mountain and Chattanooga Valley. This upstairs and downstairs apartment is newly constructed and showcases a beautiful farmhouse design filled with character! This destination is only minutes away from your favorite attractions in Chattanooga! The space Please read the full listing description!  This home is equipped with 2 kitchens, 2 living spaces, and a total of 4 bedrooms! This listing offers 2 separate apartment units (one above the other) that sleep a total of 12 people. Very ideal for two families traveling or for a group that wants space to spread out! Attached to this upstairs and downstairs apartment is the main house on the property that is also a vacation rental. You are not able access any of the units from the inside - there are 3 separate front doors to access the homes! Home Layout: The upstairs apartment (Magnolia) sleeps 6 people and has 1.5 baths. It has a full kitchen complete with basic cookware, glassware, and plate-ware. There are 2 bedrooms with queen beds that have memory foam mattresses and smart TV's. There is a Jack n' Jill full bathroom in between the bedrooms and there is another a half bathroom in the hallway. Located in the half bathroom is a laundry room with a washer and dryer unit. The living room couch pulls out into a sofa bed that is a queen size bed.  The basement apartment (Dogwood) sleeps 6 people and has one full bath. It also has a full kitchen filled with basic cookware, plate-ware, and glassware. There are 2 bedrooms with queen bedrooms and memory foam mattresses. One of the bedroom's has a smart TV. Across from the bedrooms is a full bathroom. The couch in the living room is a sofa bed with a size queen bed. Both living rooms have large smart TV's and this airbnb has high-speed wireless internet throughout.  Shared Fire Pit & Grill: You are welcome to use the shared fire pit in the middle of the circle driveway. It is a shared space between the other vacation rentals on the property. You will need to bring your own camping chairs, lighter, and wood. There is a charcoal grill in the circle driveway as well! You will need to bring your own charcoal. The main house on the property has their own grill in their courtyard for them to use. Additional things to note: 1. This property sits up on top of a hill! There is a fairly steep asphalt driveway that leads to the top!  Any normal passenger vehicle should be able to make it to the home with no problems but 4x4 or all-wheel drive is recommended during icy conditions in the winter time. 2. Max parking for 4 vehicles! 3. The fireplace in Magnolia (upstairs apartment) does not work and is for decoration purposes only! 4. 2 Dogs Max! Dog Rules: We ask for you NOT to leave your dog unattended and roaming in the home without you unless you leave it in a crate. All dogs must be on a leash while outside. We do not allow dogs on any of the furniture and we ask that you clean up after your dogs waste outside. If there is any damage to the home caused by your dog, we ask that you notify us right away.  5. Attached to this upstairs and downstairs apartment is the main house on the property that is also a vacation rental. You are not able access any of the units from the inside - there are 3 separate front doors to access the homes! Weather and Outages!  Please note: There will be no refunds in the unlikely circumstance that there is a power outage during your stay or if the weather is not cooperating. We do not have any control over the weather or outages caused by nature! We highly suggest you purchase travel insurance to be preventative in case something happens and you need to cancel.  Guest access Guests will have access to the upstairs and downstairs apartment! They will not have access to the main home attached. There is a fire pit on the property that is considered a shared space for the whole property! You will need to bring your own firewood, starters, and camping chairs if you would like to use it! Other things to note Additional things to note: 1. This property sits up on top of a hill!
