The space Our property is a no smoking - no vaping home located in a quiet residential area. It is located within a 10 to 15 minute drive to anywhere within the City of Yuma and approximately 30 minute drive to any of our local river and lake recreational areas as well as Mexico. Guest access Other than the locked storage/pantry, guests will have access to the entire home including the two-car garage. Other things to note A pool service has been contracted to maintain the home's heated pool (additional fee) and equipment. They are scheduled Tuesdays and Fridays.
