With allowed check in as early as 9 am and check out as late as 1 pm, our guests can enjoy more time in Estes Park! The space My home is perfectly located 3.5 miles from downtown Estes Park, 2 miles from Rocky Mountain National Park (great location for hiking and viewing wildlife), a mile away from the local YMCA camp (offer lots of outdoor activities such as Nordic sports in the winter, horseback riding hiking, swimming and roller skating). The Big Thompson River runs practically on the other side of the road (can be seen from the deck) and those staying within our community of private access to parts of the river for fishing or just splashing feet. The home has all the comforts of home yet accommodating for both small and large groups. Favorite guest amenities: - early check-in (9am) - later check out (1pm or later upon request and availability) - spa quality shampoo, conditioner and body wash - regular and decaf coffee provided - teas, cocoa and sodas provided - candy snacks provided - 4 bedrooms - games and toys for children - located just down the road from Rocky Mountain National Park - 3.5 miles from downtown Estes - on site fishing access - Jacuzzi tub in primary suite - 2-car garage access I offer guests early check-in (as early as 9 a.m.) and later than normal check-out compared to most rentals in the area (typically 1 p.m. but can accommodate later check-out upon request). I want my guests to be able to enjoy their entire first day in Estes and not feel rushed to pack up on day of departure. I also provide many extra amenities not typically provided with other homes: shampoo, conditioner, beverages, coffee, cooking supplies, candy snacks, popcorn, variety of children's toys and games, high chair, port-a-crib and much more. Please note the following restrictions and subject to fines if broken: - No pets allowed (HOA rule) - No smoking allowed both inside and outside our home (HOA rules) - No motorcycles (HOA rules) - No RVs, trailers or ATVs (HOA rules) Guest access The home is only available for private rental. Your group would be the only individuals staying in the home during your visit. Guests have complete access to the home. No hosts will be present during your stay, but available for questions when needed. About 3-5 days before arrival, guests will receive the lock box combo to gain access to the house key upon arrival. Other things to note Snowfall can occur at any time between October and May. It is recommended to have an AWD or 4WD vehicle during those months in case driving conditions are impacted by snow. The neighborhood and major road ways into Estes Park are regularly plowed. Estes Park hosts many festivals and special events throughout the year. There is normally something happening every weekend especially during the summer. Upon booking, we will provide you with a guest packet that will provide links to some of these online resources.
