Hurricane Helene tried to throw us a curveball, but we’re thrilled to announce that our property emerged unscathed—just a few trees took a tumble, and they’ve already been tidied up. We’ve got all the essentials back in place: power, water, and internet are fully up and running, so you’ll feel right at home. The roads are clear as a sunny day, making it a breeze to get to and from our doorstep. And here’s the cherry on top: many of the local restaurants and attractions are open and eager to welcome you with open arms. Whether you’re looking to kick back and relax or dive into some local adventures, we’ve got everything ready to make your stay nothing short of fantastic. Our Georgia Belle offers 2 king bedrooms and 1 queen bedroom, a large cook's kitchen with all appliances including a large gas stove. We provide coffee beans, coffee maker and filters, herbal teas, cooking herbs and condiments, paper products, soaps, storage bags, foil, and more. All linens and towels are provided. Free Wi-Fi with high-speed internet, 4 large screen smart TV's (1 in each bedroom), with Roku and Spectrum's new streaming app offering 250 live channels, and a TV room with a huge comfy couch. All three bedrooms are spacious with plenty of storage and all 3 bathrooms have large walk-in showers. For your pets we provide dog biscuits from Judy's Well Bred Bakery, dog bowls, dog towels, dog blankets and a large private fenced in yard with antimicrobial synthetic turf...dogs love us, and you will too! For larger gatherings, there are 2 additional studio apartments we call the Georgia Peaches (upper & lower) located on the property behind the Georgia Belle, each with its own private fenced in dog yard with patios and outdoor seating. Just a few steps to everything Weaverville has to offer. Recognized as one of Western North Carolina's friendliest, coolest, and artistic small/big towns! Only 15 minutes to downtown Asheville and at the doorstep of the Smoky and Appalachian Mountains. Driveway has 2 parking spaces behind the house as well as a fenced synthetic turf yard for your pet. WiFi Access: The Belle has high-speed wireless internet; the password will be emailed to you prior to your stay and you can also find it in your rental in the guestbook as well as on a laminated sheet near the TV. Other things to note PLEASE NOTE: This unit allows up to 3 dogs (no weight restriction) only, no cats. There is a pet fee for dogs accompanying you on your trip, ($25 per pet, per night). Our homes are professionally cleaned. There is a $195 cleaning fee per stay. Extra Guest Fee: The Georgia Belle sleeps 6 in beds. An additional person can be added with an air mattress for $30/night.
