Comfortable Apartment in North/Central Omaha

Our place is 15 min. from Omaha's zoo; 10 min from the Old Market; 5 min. from shopping/restaurants; 15 min. from the airport, and for nurses 3-10 min. from several hospitals. The 1000 sq. ft. apartment occupies the lower level of our house with a separate entrance and patio. SANITATION PLEDGE: We are taking extra measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant to wipe down all surfaces, handles, railings, light switches, remote controls and appliances. The space Our apartment is situated on the the ground floor of our house and was newly constructed in 2014. It opened to Airbnb in 2016. It is a comfortable living space with virtually all you need for a pleasant stay. It does not have a stove or oven but comes equipped with a full fridge, microwave, toaster oven, dishwasher, Keurig coffee machine, and electric skillet. Guest access Guests will be able to access the entire lower floor of the house with a private bedroom, bathroom, living room, kitchen and outside patio. Other things to note Sanitation pledge: In light of the current COVID-19 (Coronavirus) spread, we are taking extra precautionary measures to make sure your rented space is safe. At each cleaning, we use disinfectant spray to wipe down all surfaces including all handles, railings, light and lamp switches, remote controls and appliances. We wash all bedding and towels in the 'sanitize' setting which heats high enough to kill all microbes.
