Private Setting - we have 2 homes on this flag lot that sets them back off the road and away from noise & traffic. All fenced in with a private gate & also a separate fenced in turf yard to comfortably enjoy the patio and yard without worry. We have comfortable parking for 2 standard cars, if you are towing or have more cars than that, message us and we will try to accommodate your needs. We have a strict NO SMOKING policy on the property & in the home. If home is left with any smell of smoke (including marijuana) you will be charged an additional deep cleaning fee. Other things to note The property has 2 homes on it & the parking spaces/area & driveway are shared with other guests. As shown on the map & also noted on the listing (potential for traffic noise) the home is located right in town - we do provide ear plugs, portable fans, & a sound machine for anyone who may be extra sensitive to road noise. LANDSCAPING - We have a landscaper come once a week to the property to maintenance all landscaping on Thursdays.
