The space The apartment is on the second story and accessed by exterior stairs at the back of the home. The first bedroom is furnished with a king size bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed. The third loft bedroom at the top of the spiral staircase has a king size bed. A comfy reading chair is located on the loft landing. The living room has a large wall mounted smart television with cable. Two sofas offer plenty of seating. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a maple dining table for eating in. Dish and hand soap are provided along with basic spices, coffee and filters. The bathroom has double sinks for getting ready and a full tile shower with built in bench. All bed and bath linen are provided. Back yard area with seating and barbecue grill. Parking for up to two vehicles in our gated driveway. Complimentary EV charger on site, please let us know if you will be using the charger at time of booking. Laundry facilities located in the basement of the building. The space is most suitable for groups of 1-4 guests but can accommodate up to 6 people. Long term renters welcome! The backyard area behind the garages is also for guests use. Other things to note We have three small, well behaved, friendly chihuahuas who live downstairs in our apartment with us. They are happy to give puppy love to visitors who miss their own pets, but they will not disturb the upstairs residence. The dogs do not have any access to the upstairs apartment.
