Great Clemson Tigers Home

Our family home is located on a 100+ year old family farm (limited use currently), on a mostly wooded 5+ acre tract in a quiet, rural setting. We are conveniently located near Clemson University, beautiful lakes and mountains, numerous biking and hiking trails and National Parks. We also are close to excellent dining options in downtown Greenville as well as all Clemson University events. The space We're a great choice for your weekend trips for Clemson Football, the home of THE DEATH VALLEY!, - just a short 12 mile drive into downtown Clemson!! We are close enough to be a quick drive for the games but just far enough from downtown to get some rest after the games. Our two story farmhouse is 6 years old. The house has an open floor plan with the den, kitchen, dining table and a music room all open and visible to each other. The master bedroom and bath are downstairs including a 1/2 bath. Located upstairs is another full bath and 2 more bedrooms. Our house features large bedrooms with plenty of space for a queen air mattress in bedrooms 2 & 3 and a double/full in the master bedroom (not provided). All bedrooms are carpeted and the common areas all feature hardwood floors. A fully stocked kitchen with granite counter tops and an island with cooktop and seating. Our home also has a screened in porch and our front porch runs the width of our house, is in full shade in the afternoon/evenings, and offers plenty of seating to relax at the end of the day. We look forward to hosting you stay. Please not that we do not allow parties or events, this means no one over the occupancy for which the house was rented. Guest access You may access all of the house excluding the closets and attic spaces. You may also access the children's playhouse but all other out buildings are restricted. Other things to note Our bedrooms are larger than normal so we have plenty of room for you to bring along air mattresses. These bedrooms will easily accommodate a queen size air mattress and still allow ample room to access the bedrooms. You could even put a double/full air mattress in bedroom 1, just note that it will be a little tighter than the others. Please note that we do not allow parties or events, this means no one over the occupancy for which the house was rented.
