Our property consists of the grass field behind the house, the grass area in between the house and garage, and the grass area in front of the deck to the water. Please respect our next door neighbor’s property and do not go onto his lawn. Our property is spacious but also limited. There is no access to the garage and the grass that can be played in is the area directly in front of the house by the water, the black chain link fenced area by the front porch and the field that is directly behind the parking area up to the white fence. The areas in front and behind the neighbors house are off limits. Please respect our neighbors and enjoy yourselves on our property. Other things to note We do not allow dogs on the property. Quiet time at 1000 PM, especially outside. Please note that noise travels very easily on water.
