The space Welcome to our cozy and quaint (800 sq ft) cottage, nestled in a peaceful neighborhood steps from the Beach in Isle of Palms. While it embodies the charm of a beachside getaway, please keep in mind that is a small, cozy retreat focused on providing a relaxed and enjoyable experience. Dogs welcome! Other things to note The property is routinely sprayed for mosquitos and pests. The spray is non toxic, safe for pets. Lawn is maintained by a company and we are not notified in advance of when they come, so we are unable to give guests advanced notice. Parking spot facing the left of the home is reserved for owner. Guests can park to right, which has room for 3 cars. The 2 bedrooms can accommodate up to 6 people but please note that is maximum capacity as the bunk beds are full size mattresses. One bathroom. If bringing 6 adults, it will be tight as the house is about 800sq ft. Couch is not a sofa bed. The master bedroom has a queen mattress. Roku TV. No cable television. High speed internet included. There is a leaflet dining table in the main family room that has 2 chairs, due to limited space. There is a couch and chair/ottoman as well. Outside has a picnic table, charcoal grill and firepit (guest purchases charcoal and wood). Pet friendly (with pet fee) with strict pet rules that guests are obligated to review and follow. Please see under house rules. Kitchen includes basic cookware and utensils. One roll of paper towels and 2 rolls of toilet paper included. Guests are responsible for beyond what is provided. There is a regular and Keurig coffee maker. Washer and Dryer included. Guests are responsible for bringing or buying their own detergents, and their own food, drinks and condiments.
