The space Our home is a beautiful, spacious, top floor, light-filled condo in a two unit building right in the heart of Noe Valley. The flat is a rare two bedrooms/two bath and features a grand living room and formal dining room in addition to a sunny breakfast room. Our home is tastefully furnished with an eclectic collection of vintage furniture that evokes Old World luxury yet is very comfortable. Quiet washer/dryer in unit. One car garage parking. Please note, our garage is shared with our neighbor and while there is room for a regular sized vehicle, it won't work if you have a very large SUV or truck. In that case, you can purchase temporary parking passes for the duration of your stay so you can park on the street. Other things to note NOTE: For all stays that are one month or longer, we require you have our cleaner do a cleaning every two weeks which will include the linens. The cost of the first cleaning (2 week mark) and final cleaning is included in the listed cleaning price when you make your booking. Further bi-weekly cleanings will cost $180 each and you will be responsible to pay them directly to the cleaner.
