Pets Welcome!! Pets must be disclosed when booking. Newly remodeled cozy home on a very peaceful area of the river. Fully equipped home with all new amenities. Dock, deck and Boat Ramp! 3 Kayaks are available to use. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 4 twin bunks in the airconditioned unattached bunkhouse. Explore the clear river that is just a few minutes away by paddle, Enjoy the beach on Pine Island, and watch the sunsets at Bayport Pier all just minutes away. The space The unattached bunkhouse in the back of the house does not have a bathroom in it. The bathroom inside is accessible by walking in the front door or the back master bedroom door. We have a temporary floating dock with ramp stable and easy to use for being in the water or tying a boat to. We do not have a stationary dock. Other things to note We DO allow pets with a small non refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. We do not allow parties or gatherings or any kind. No guests outside of the booking number of guests are allowed on the property. A $500 fine will be assessed for any type of party or gathering.
