Dock, deck and Boat Ramp! 3 Kayaks are available to use. 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in the main house and 4 twin bunks in the airconditioned unattached bunkhouse. Explore the clear river that is just a few minutes away by paddle, Enjoy the beach on Pine Island, and watch the sunsets at Bayport Pier all just minutes away. Other things to note We DO allow pets with a small non refundable pet fee of $50 per pet. We do not allow parties or gatherings or any kind. No guests outside of the booking number of guests are allowed on the property. A $500 fine will be assessed for any type of party or gathering.
