There is a space under that unit for parking that is available to only the unit. The condominium development is the only one on the island that has an elevator. Carts are available downstairs for easy delivery of luggage and coolers from your car to the unit. There is a coded lock that will be sent two days prior to arrival.You will have the whole place to yourself. We have a team that will be here to assist you with any questions or help that you might need. Mendy and Caryn manage many properties and we both live on the island and we are just a few minutes away from the unit. Cedar Key is a quaint wonderful town that is an island on the Gulf. The condominium development that the unit is located is one block from the park, small beach, golf cart rental and near downtown with restaurants and speciality shops. There are wonderful options of swimming at Nature's Landing, a dock where you can bring your kayak, and barbecue area in the back area of the development. Access from SR 24, come into the island to 3rd Street where you will make a left. Head all the way down to the end of the street and Nature's Landing is located at the end of the street. The unit is in Building A is the first unit you will come to. There is parking under the building and there is a spot marked as A-202. You can access the stairs in A building, up two flights of stairs or there is an elevator under Building B with luggage cart available, as well. There is additional parking located in the gravel parking lot and there is boat parking with trailers located on the south side of the office building. Boat rinsing is available near the office. There are also charging spots for golf carts in the gravel parking lot near the office building. Great parking for trailer with boat! There is a parking area that has space for up to 26 foot boat with vehicle. It also has an area with fresh water wash down for your boat. We are pet friendly for dogs 45 1bs or less.
