The space As we are assure you are aware utility costs can be high in the desert. For stays of 28 days or longer, If there is excessive utility use during your stay we must hold your $300 deposit to pay for the utility overage. Our tenants are responsible for any electric use overage that exceeds $200 per month and any gas overage of $80. This is done to encourage the tenant to help conserve energy and heating when the house is not being occupied and to allow for our monthly rental rates to be lower. If there is an overage on the usage it will be taken from the deposit. If usage exceeds the deposit amount the tenant is responsible for the cost of the overage. Unit has copies of Guest Agreement Acknowledgement and Informational Forms onsite. License NO: 017088 Maximum Occupancy 6 persons, Maximum Vehicles Allowed 3. Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property. No outdoor music shall be used outside at any time. Music played from the inside of the STVR shall not be heard beyond the property line of the STVR at all times. Use of outdoor amenities/activities that create noise is prohibited from 10 PM to 8 AM. TOT rate – 12% for Cathedral City plus 1% for Greater Palm Springs Tourism Business Improvement District. Guest access This is a private villa with pool and spa. The guest will have access to the entire property. Other things to note Occupants shall respect the neighbors’ privacy and peaceful enjoyment of their property.
