This darling 4 bedroom, 2 bath southern cottage is within walking distance to the Square. Newly painted and decorated, it is the perfect place to call home away from home. Enjoy a cold beverage out in the screened in porch! Sleeps 8 Very cute and cozy according to all guests, Pictures really do not do a good job showing the home...... Entire Yard including a fully furnished covered porch. TV mini-fridge Guests able to text or call me directly AND we have a property manager to help as well! Walking Distance to the square and close to public transportation. 2 min walk to University Ave Driveway and easy street parking. Driveway fits 3 cars (approx). Walk to downtown....The Square! Our guests love staying here....you will too!
