Stunning Zen Indoor/Outdoor Space Great Location

Coming to Atlanta for a week or a weekend? A business conference or a fun get away with family and friends? Looking for a great "think" space for a business retreat? This is the space for you. Our home offers a zen ambiance that creates calm & peace in the middle of a hectic life. Our place is close to MARTA, restaurants, parks, grocery stores and major highways. You’ll love the flow of our indoor / outdoor living space as it is a wonderful way to enjoy the entire home. The space We designed our home to welcome one and all! It boasts an open floor plan that allows friends and family to mix and mingle with one another easily. This is indoor/outdoor living at it's best. About the property: There is a kitchen both inside and outside of the house. The outdoor area includes an industrial size grill, a large griddle, a double burner, 2 warming drawers and even a dutch oven station! We have some dutch ovens you can borrow. You just need to ask! The fire pit offers an amazingly tranquil space to connect with one another and the 2nd fire put in the back woods allow even the most stressed out individual an opportunity to relax! We also have added hanging lights throughout the trees in the back wooded area for a fairy garden like ambiance. Both the indoor and outdoor dining tables can also accommodate up to 12 people as well. The design of the space can comfortably accommodate between 2 - 12 people. Each of the four bedrooms offers sleeping arrangements to accommodate 2-3 people, plus a pull out queen sofa bed with foam mattress and a sectional couch that can accommodate 2 additional people. We also offer 2 twin air mattresses and a pack and play. Bedrooms 1 & 2 are equipped with 50" tv's and the master has a jacuzzi tub (no jets). The master bath was also designed for a previous owner who was in a wheelchair, so there is a sitting area in the shower with access to a spray from the tub making it great for folks who stay here after having surgery at one of the nearby hospitals. Whether you are in Atlanta for business, pleasure or both, our house will suck you in and make you feel right at home. If you are interested in hosting other people at the house at any time during your stay, please send an inquiry first with as much detail as possible. We do accommodate events, but charge an event fee. Only the individuals who are staying at the house are permitted to be here unless approved of beforehand. Groups over 10 people (beyond the individuals staying at the house) will incur the event fee. Pets: Unfortunately I am very allergic to all pets with dander so we only allow dogs on rare occasions when people stay over 30 days at the house and we require a deep clean payment in addition to a pet deposit. Please note, this is our home when we do not rent it out, so it does contain our personal property. Prior to each rental, the home is professionally cleaned. Please be sure to read the entire listing before sending a request. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire upstairs of the house and the backyard space. Other things to note We respect honesty above all else, so please be straightforward about your plans for your stay. We will work with you to the best of our ability to ensure your stay exceeds your expectations.
