Welcome to our charming Oceanside home! We are conveniently located a 12 minute drive from Legoland and the beach. 4 BR, 2 BA home with a private pool, sleeps 8 guests comfortably. Please ask us if you have more than 8 guests. The space Our home features: - 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. 1 bedroom downstairs with a Queen bed and 3 bedrooms upstairs with a King, Twin, Twin trundle, and a Bunk beds. 1 bathroom downstairs and 1 upstairs. - Private swimming pool with in-ground hot tub - BBQ in the backyard and small portable fire pit - The kitchen is fully equipped for making your family meals - Foosball table, shuffle board table, ping pong table, board games, and kid toys etc. - Large screen TVs with Roku (with Peacock subscription). - We have baby items such as strollers, swings, eating chairs, Pack 'N Play, safety gate, baby tub etc. - Going to the beach? Boogie boards, chairs, wagon, beach toys, beach towels, cooler are available. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire home. Other things to note Please read the House rules and make sure you are comfortable with these rules before booking. Guests need to keep the outside noise to the minimum between 9:30PM-8AM. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or EVENTS allowed. No exception. Violation of this rule will result in immediate eviction without refund. We are a smoke-free home. Smoking is not permitted. The hot tub heating is complementary. Heating the large pool water has an additional cost of $100 for the first day then $60 per subsequent day.
