Washington, private pool, hot tub, fire pit, 44 person PUB, 70 person dining room, commercial kitchen in one of the best locations. 12 rooms with private bath, event/make up prep area with balcony, 3 gathering areas, game room, hiking trial, sandy beach on the Saco River. RARE & Unique Stay. RATES WILL VARY depending on your group size, utilization & dates. This former Fine Dining Restaurant, Festive pub and award wining Inn is now all yours for a private, exclusive rental. Written up in several publications for its amazing view (7th most photographed), wonderful lodging and dining experience. No other guests will have access to the property. This will be a memorable stay with a Large grounds, relaxing Adirondack chairs hillside facing and breath taking view and sunset over the Presidential Mountains with spectacular views of Mt Washington. This is a great spot for large family gatherings, boutique weddings, corporate retreats, and functions. BYOB and you prepare your own meals or bring in a private chef or caterer. We are able to host events up to 110 people Indoors, dining seating for 70, pub space for 44, sleeping for 40 pp. We DO NOT have plans to add a tent (which requires special permits) but can host events outside without cover or Indoors. Certain rates, weekends, holidays and depending on your group will require either Minimum stays or additional guest, event Fees. ALL EVENTS, GATHERINGS, REQUIRE APPROVAL. NO LOUD NOISE, FIRE WORKS, OUTSIDE GATHERINGS PAST 10PM. NO ADDITIONAL GUESTS WITH OUT PRIOR APPROVAL. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. MAX VEHICLES, 17 WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. You will be required to have a good neighbor policy and follow certain check out procedures. You will access the ENTIRE Inn, Commercial Pub & Kitchen, all 17 Guest rooms, 5 acres, Pool, hot tub, and all the common spaces. NO OTHER GUESTS WILL BE IN THE INN and we are not open to the public. We no longer have a liquor or food license, so you can BYOB and prepare your own meals. Our property doesn’t have charging capabilities for electric vehicles however you may be able to use the outdoor outlet. Please make sure to get our approval prior so we can monitor in case of any issues and the fee will be $15/night. Since we use independent cleaner and maintenance companies that make their own schedule, we cannot guarantee an early check in or late check out. If you wish to request an early or late check in/out, please reach out the day of your arrival or departure. We may have to charge a $25 fee to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedule. We often have same day check in and out, so if you would like to secure an early check in or late check out in advance, it will require us to block and adjust the rate for an additional night.
