Relax on the expansive grounds in Adirondack chairs overlooking the Presidential Mountains and enjoy sunsets with stunning views of Mt. Washington. Perfect for family gatherings, boutique weddings, corporate retreats, and special functions, the inn allows you to BYOB, cook your own meals, or bring in a private chef or caterer for a truly personalized experience. We can host events for up to 110 people indoors, with dining seating for 70, pub space for 44, and accommodations for 40 people. While we do not plan to add a tent (as it requires special permits), we can host events outdoors without cover or indoors. Certain rates, weekends, holidays, and the size or type of your group may require minimum stays or additional fees for guests and events. All events and gatherings must be approved in advance. No loud noise, fireworks, or outdoor gatherings are allowed past 10 PM. Additional guests require prior approval. PETS NEED PRIOR APPROVAL and agreement to our pet policy. You must send us a message if you are bringing a pet and will need to pay a pet fee. MAX VEHICLES, 17 WITHOUT PRIOR APPROVAL. You’ll need to follow our good neighbor policy and adhere to the required check-out procedures. Guest access You will access the ENTIRE Inn, Commercial Pub & Kitchen, all 17 Guest rooms, 5 acres, Pool, hot tub, and all the common spaces. NO OTHER GUESTS WILL BE IN THE INN and we are not open to the public. We no longer have a liquor or food license, so you can BYOB and prepare your own meals. Other things to note Our property doesn't have dedicated charging facilities for electric vehicles, but you can use the outdoor outlet with prior approval. This helps us monitor for any issues, and there will be a $15 per night fee. As we work with independent cleaning and maintenance companies that set their own schedules, we can't guarantee early check-ins or late check-outs. If you'd like to request one, please contact us on the day of your arrival or departure. The fee for a 2-hour early check-in is $300, and the same applies for a 2-hour late check-out, if available, to coordinate with the cleaner and maintenance companies to adjust their schedules. Since we often have same-day check-ins and check-outs, securing an early check-in or late check-out in advance will require us to block and adjust the rate for an extra night.
