Treetops Cottage next to Flat Rock Farm is a quaint little house only a few blocks away from Historic Downtown Toccoa. It is on a quiet, pretty, street with one neighboring house. The porch gives the feeling that one is up in the tops of the surrounding trees, hence the name-Treetops! This Cottage has beds that can accommodate up to 6 people within its two bedrooms. This is a perfect place for couples, families or Brides and Bridesmaids and is located in the outdoor playground of the NE GA. The house is comfortable in all seasons with a new HVAC system in place. This cottage serves as a great place for Brides and Bridesmaids to ready themselves for nearby weddings. The fee per day is for 4 people. Two more people can be accommodated within the cottage. Additional people beyond 4 need to be disclosed and have additional charges of $40 p/p including infants and children both during the day and overnight. The Cottage can be rented by day or night. NO pets/service animals due to family allergies. Guests have the sole use of the entire house except the basement that is used for storage. The owners live near by and are available if needed. Guests are given access information and encouraged to make themselves at home. Occasionally the owners will say hello when out and about. The Cottage is surrounded by trees and located in a safe, quiet neighborhood that is ideal to walk or jog in. Henderson Falls Park is a three minute drive away and is a perfect place for children to romp and play. There are several nearby restaurants and antique malls as well as a historic train depot and museum all within a mile. Toccoa Falls, a waterfall higher than Niagara is within a two mile drive on the campus of the college. There are 40 waterfalls within an hours drive of this property to experience. It is convenient to walk into town and to nearby restaurants. There is no public transportation. Please note: Items left behind will only be mailed upon request and with a $25 minimum charge. Lost key charge is $25. The back porch is 15 feet high and is not conducive for children.
