The space The kitchen has countertop, stove/oven, dishwasher, microwave/hood, all brand-new. All essentials to cook and dine are there including mixer and toaster. A washer and a dryer are installed in the utility room with detergent and softener at guests' disposal. Towels, shampoo, conditioner, soup, hair dryer are provided. Other things to note Disclosure of Ring Security Cameras: Two security cameras are installed outside of the house. One catches the view of the front yard and the entrance area. The other catches the view of the back yard and the entrance area to the utility room/garage. Party or any kind of gathering: As my house rule is clear, any party or gathering inviting non-guest individuals to the house is strictly prohibited. I would never authorize such a gathering regardless of the nature of it. Guests should know Airbnb is extremely strict to both guests and hosts in case neighbors report to Airbnb to complain about noise etc "community nuisance", caused by such gatherings. If Airbnb receives such a complaint, Airbnb will deactivate all listings held by the host until they conclude the investigation. If Airbnb finds a guest caused such a community nuisance, they would most likely remove the membership of the guest permanently. If Airbnb finds a host authorized such an event, the host will also lose his/her membership. In order to protect my membership, I would not hesitate to report to Airbnb that a party or any kind of act of a guest which is regarded as community nuisance took place using my house. I do this because if a neighbor reported a complaint and I did not report, Airbnb could see that I accepted such a gathering or I was complacent about it. A guest should know the above to avoid a risk to lose his/her membership of Airbnb.
