Beautiful home with natural light & beautiful view

Quiet, peaceful home in the Richmond Hills, close to Berkeley, Oakland, San Francisco, Marin , and Wine Country. This house offers private entry, plenty of free parking, and is close to BART Explore Wild Cat Canyon, a beautiful regional park within a 15-minute walk with multiple trails and eucalyptus trees. Walk to the local market or check out the many restaurants and cafes in the surrounding area. Read in a living room full of natural light and enjoy city skyline view. Pet friendly! The space Fruit trees adorn the front patio, and a garden oasis promises a sun-drenched afternoon. The three bedrooms are furnished with comfortable beds, and one of the rooms can easily function as an office. There is a fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The house has 3 bedrooms: A master bedroom with a private bathroom and shower and King sized bed; a bedroom with Quinn size bed; and a smaller bedroom with full size bed that also can be used as an office . For additional guests We have 2 roll away beds and a big couch in the living room. Living room is full of natural light, with large windows showcasing the San Francisco Bay and city skyline. Please note: Our house and property are smoke free ! Guest access Our guests have the whole house to themselves. Please enjoy BBQ or a cup of coffee in the front patio. Note: The in-law unit (downstairs, separate entrance) is occupied by my daughter and our golden doodle. They are quiet and respectful and can help with any questions or needs you have during your stay. The backyard is not available for guests use. Other things to note There is a local laundromat located just a few blocks from the house on Arlington Blvd (Teddy Bear Wash and Laundry).
