We do not have cameras inside the house. **Travel Insurance** It is strongly advised that you consider purchasing travel insurance to protect yourself in case of any unforeseen changes or weather-related disruptions to your travel plans. Kindly review the terms and conditions outlined in the booking contract carefully. **Utilities** The local infrastructure, especially power and internet, in the area is designed for a small, mountain community, and disruptions may occur due to increased demand on weekends and holidays, as well as environmental factors such as wind, fire, severe storms, and human error. This may affect the delivery of utilities such as power, gas, water, and internet. We advise guests to plan accordingly and be patient during such outages. **Winter Access** We make every effort to regularly remove snow from the driveway, the front door area, and the bear box (trash enclosure). However, there may still be an abundance of snow and ice present on the property upon your arrival depending on the storms. Additionally, we have no control over the snow plow's schedule. They come when they can come. Shovels and ice melt are provided for your convenience. If you are not in a condition to shovel some snow in the winter, this place may not be for you. Please be aware that decks are not accessible generally from October through May. Outdoor furniture is stored during the winter season and are available when the snow clears. **Trash** All trash must be properly secured either in the bear box located on the property or in the communal dumpster. You can mix recyclables and trash together. Please do not leave any trash outside. In case of excess trash, please inform us so that we can assist you with its removal. Trash pickup is Monday morning.
