Fines will be implemented. -Please DO NOT park on road, you will get a ticket with no warning. -Garage carries all the beach gear (and washer and dryer): wagon, cooler, chairs, umbrella, boogie and skim boards, floaties, child beach toys and arm floaties. Bikes with locks available. -Grill is in garage, propane ready and we supply utensils. Our only ask, please clean it with supplied grill cleaner. Other things to note 1 block from A1A, Ease side (you want this) on the border of Cocoa Beach and Cape Canaveral. Walking distance to local spots or ride the bikes. An active area being close to to the beach. Very safe neighborhood and home.
