Lower floor offers a bedroom with pillow top king bed, a kid friendly bunk room, full bathroom, & well appointed kitchen. Upper floor includes 2 bedrooms-one full & one queen bed, bathroom with bathtub only, & reading/game room. Enjoy beautiful built-ins &original wood from this beauty built in 1908! The space Built in 1908, The Ross offers a beautiful porch and original hard wood and built-ins throughout the home. Within easy walking distance to Alamosa restaurants, breweries, & shops! 2 Car Garage is included! FREE Swimming for up to 8 guests at Sand Dunes Recreation Hot Springs is included during your entire stay. Guest access Guests have access to the entire home. Other things to note CHECK OUT TIME IS at 11am. Our cleaners arrive promptly at 11:15am to get the home ready for our next guest. If you haven’t departed by 11am, you will be charged a $25 fee. CHECK OUT INSTRUCTIONS Please make sure all instructions are followed when you check out. Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it. PETS Pets are not allowed in this home. If it is apparent that a pet has stayed in the home, a $500 fee will be charged. EARLY CHECK-IN & LATE CHECK-OUT Early check-in or late check-out is available upon request for a $25 fee as long as scheduling allows. We can confirm each of these the afternoon before your arrival/departure. Please let us know as soon as possible so cleaning can be scheduled appropriately.
