Gorgeous views! The sunrise is phenomenal! Three year young house close to many activities. 4 kayaks - just walk across Route 9 to the boat launch area. A bocce court, corn hole and a fire pit for outdoor activities, along with ping pong and 14’ indoor shuffleboard indoors. Walking distance to a bakery and two restaurants - a short drive to many more! Steps away from a gorgeous walking, biking, cross country skiing & snowshoe trail. Tennis Courts nearby too! The space Round Lake has plenty of year-round activities: kayak and fish in the summer. Ice fish, ice skate, and motorcycle races on the lake in the winter. The house has traditional bedrooms and an open floor plan upstairs. Downstairs there are 2 queen murphy beds with ping pong for entertainment. TVs in each room and wifi throughout. Snowshoes available as well! Other things to note - Quick drive to Saratoga Springs, Saratoga Lake, Malta and Clifton Park. 25 minutes to Albany - Per local law, no street parking. - Kayaks are only available from May 1st through Columbus Day weekend, due to local weather conditions - Max. 5 cars allowed. Cars parked on the street will be towed away
