Welcome to your cozy retreat in Cortez . Our well kept home is within walking distance of restaurants , grocery stores , a library and a 50 acre park. We are located at the end of a dead end street without much traffic. The comfortable and welcoming home features a fully equipped kitchen ,reverse osmosis water filter, 100 percent cotton sheets , and natural non toxic cleaning products. The views of Mesa Verde from the kitchen window are representative of the beautiful places to visit . The space The property borders a 50 acre park with a recreation center. Walk, run,, swim, lift weights, take classes such as yoga , dance , Tai Chi, and spin. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood yet a short walk from restaurants drug stores and grocery stores. comfortable, clean and peaceful. Guest access Guests have use of entire house and yard. Host lives on property in a studio apartment separate from the house. Host shares back yard with guests but will not interact with guest unless guests initiate. Other things to note Host is a licensed Massage Therapist with the State of Colorado. Jeff has been doing massage for 21 years in private practice and 5 star motels. Swedish , Deep Tissue, Aromatherapy, and Thai Massage. Prices are $75.00 for 60 minutes and $95.00 for 90 minutes.
