The house is close to swimming with the manatees. The beach is only a 25 minute drive. Great for families, friends or a couple! Orlando is only a hour and half drive away. Please no parties, this is a quiet community. I have 30 m highest internet for working from home. The space My house is light, airy and clean. I have a florida room that can accommodate several people for dinner. We have a desk for people who work from home. There is a Patio if you want to hang outside. There is parking for 2 cars in the driveway. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house, driveway and patio, yard. Other things to note Your are 10 minutes drive time to lots of stores, dining. Ocala National forest is only 20 minutes away. There is biking, hiking and the Rainbow Festival held at the Ocala Forest every year. The beach is 30 minutes away. The city of Ocala is close by. Swimming with the manatees at Crystal River is close by. The famous Black Diamond golf course is very close. There is plenty to do. When you come home you can relax and enjoy the evening in a quiet neighborhood.
