My place has all the high end digital amenities like a nest thermostat so you can regulate your temperature. Guest access You'll have access to my full home and all the amenities available! Other things to note No commercial vehicles overnight - a $200 per day fee will be charged if so! There is only parking availability for 4 cars - please do not bring more or there is a $200 per instance per day violation fee. Neighborhood speed limit: 15mph! We have a lot of kids playing! Please make sure to drive slowly and be aware of the kids in the neighborhood! Make sure to always stop for school buses and wait for kids to load.
