Two separate cottages in a spacious setting right by Lake Michigan. Main house offers 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Side house offers 1 bedroom and 1 bath. The cottages share a courtyard in the middle creating the perfect spot to hang out and relax outside by the firepit. Smaller beaches close by and close to many attractions like Silver Beach, Warren Dunes, Jean Klock and many wineries and breweries The space The main cottage has one bedroom on the main level and a large eating area with two tables and room for 7 to eat comfortably. There is also a large living room with two couches and a chair to gather. The room has a wifi tv equipped with Netflix. There are also 1.5 baths on the main floor and access to laundry. Upstairs has two bedrooms, a desk area if needed, and a sitting area with two chairs to relax or get away for a moment. The stairs are a bit narrow to get upstairs so keep that in mind when deciding who sleeps where. The side cottage has one bedroom and one bath plus has its own kitchen with sink, oven and fridge. There is a sitting area with a pullout couch and tv as well as a small table for meals. Outside you will find tables and chairs to relax, play area for the children with a large yard, as well as a gas grill/smoker and charcoal grill for cooking up dinner for everyone. There are two driveways to use as well, so there is plenty of parking. Please do not park in the street. Guest access You have access to all of the main house and side house, basement is locked.
