This is one of the best apartments in the Building, this is not a studio, it is an 1/1 apartment. It has just been all renovated and decorated with style. Beautiful location on Harbor Island. Close to everything, 5 minutes to the Beach, 10 minutes to Downtown, 20 minutes to Miami airport. The sunsets and views from the Balcony are simple amazing. You will be speechless when you seat and relax in the Balcony. All Appliances, Tv's, furniture... are new License number: STVR-000093-2020 The space - We would like to welcome in our smart apartment. You can find all commodities to feel like you were at home: -All lights, outlets, AC's and TV's can be controlled with the phone. We will let you know how to set it and you can enjoy it during your stay. - There is high speed fiber internet in the apartment. - Outlets with USB plug - We have a land line in the apartment and you might call to landlines in the USA for free. You can also receive phone calls in you need. - Amazon Fire Smart TV's (Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, Spotify, Pandora), - Laundry room with washer/dryer located on the same floor (operated with laundry-card), - Iron - Hair dryer. - You have a kitchen full equipped ( range, microwave, coffee maker, fridge, freezer with ice maker ...) - There are beach/swimming pool towels and a small cooler to keep your drinks cool in the beach. - The building has barbecue area with directs view to the bay. Guest access You have all the apartment for you Other things to note For stays under 30 days, the building charges a one-time check-in fee of 15 $ per person which has to be paid at the front desk( credit card accepted). For more than 31 days, there is a one-time fee of 100$ (Married couples or families pay only one fee for them. You must provide a married certificate) Childs under 14 years old don't need to pay any fees. Please be aware the building is doing some maintenance in the pool and it may be under maintenance when you host in the apartment.
