Lakeshore VT has 3 separate suites each is a 1000sq. ft. with one bedroom. The one listed here is suite 3. House comes private beach (for all) with the use of a dock. Suite 3 has a king size bed and a sleeper sofa. Full kitchen. Walking distance to Bayside Park which has public tennis courts, volleyball nets, outside skateboard park, and a playground for children. The park also connects to miles of bike paths which can take a rider all the way to the Champlain Islands with a ferry ride. The Green Mountain Suite is three levels, two bathrooms, large windows on all levels. We do not general see guests ever...if something were to break or the guest needs us we live a mile down the road and can be reached on our cell phones. Parking for guests is in front of house. The lot is paved and there are lines on the lot.
