Our cozy chalet is nestled in Bristol TN, minutes from town, but so private with trees for your views. We are close to ETSU, parks, lakes, restaurants, Asheville, Grandfather Mountain, rafting, hiking on the Appalachian , biking on the Creeper Trail, and so much more! Great for families, love birds, traveling nurses and other business travelers, or just those looking to get away. With 360 views of nature and proximity to revitalized downtown Bristol, you have the best of both worlds. The space The bedroom on the main level is a queen sized bed and has very private views of the forest. You can see tons of wildlife from the primary bedroom. There is also a private bath attached with a 1 man whirlpool tub and shower combo. The living room is also a perfect place for checking out the wildlife with walls of windows. The second bedroom is a full sized bed with a twin sized trundle. There are tons of porch space. Guest access You can use the whole home Other things to note All linens are provided. There is a coin washer and dryer on premises. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you should need for preparing a meal . Your stay will include two trash bags, a spare roll of paper towels and whatever is already on the roll, a spare roll of toilet paper in each bathroom and whatever is already on the roll, a supply of dishwashing tablets sufficient for your stay, a hotel sized supply of shampoo, conditioner, and soap. We do not supply laundry detergent, as we are wary of allergies, nor do we supply Kleenex. NO ANIMALS of any kind are allowed. The property is allergy free due to owner's family member being highly allergic to certain animal hair, dander, feathers and the like. This poses a severe health hazard to host's family member and therefore there are no exceptions to this rule.
