Our home offers something for everybody in the family – a gorgeous setting all will appreciate, a full kitchen for the chefs, a hot tub and outdoor bar set-up for the laid-back travelers, a poker room for the game lovers, and much more. Decorative and comfortable bedding await you. All of our beds are real beds (so, no cots or sofa beds wedged into a corner) and the 4-bedroom home sleeps up to 10: master (1 King); upstairs bedroom (1 Twin, 1 crib/toddler bed); downstairs bedroom (1 Queen); downstairs bedroom (2 Full beds). There are three full bathrooms (master: stand-up shower; upstairs: full shower/bath combo; downstairs: full shower/bath combo) ensure that everyone will be comfortable during your stay. This is a child friendly property, especially for children on the spectrum. There are door safety latches installed at the top of the doors as well as locks that can be fastened on the outdoor gates. There is a safety gate at the top of the stairs and one at the top of the deck stairs. There are plenty of toys for your little ones upstairs and the walk in closet downstairs. There is an additional pack n play and a very cool indoor tent that is under the daybed. We also have a baby backpack and front facing carrier in the master bedroom closet to carry your little ones on the various beautiful hikes in the area. Additionally, there are two different strollers, one can fit a graco baby carrier with base and the other is for older toddlers. Lastly, we have a baby monitor which will also come in handy if you choose to let them sleep in other parts of the house. The kitchen is fully equipped with full-sized high-end appliances, plenty of seating, and cookware/bake-wear/serve-wear for a special/celebratory meal. Upon arrival you can munch on the bags of snacks we have available. Additionally, coffee, sugar, and creamers are available to brew up your morning joe! There is a downstairs laundry room with wahser/dryer and detergent available to you next to the game room. There are four parking spots along the white fence in front of the house and one parking space inside the white fence. There is one outdoor deck upstairs accessed from the kitchen which has a 6 person patio table with umbrella, 4 additional chairs for taking advantage of the amazing view and a large gas grill. The downstairs patio, underneath the deck, contains a hot-tub and additional seating for taking in the view as well. High-speed internet is available for the workaholics and those who wish to stream their entertainment. There are 3 Smart TV's with Roku device located in the upstairs livingroom, downstairs livingroom, and master bedroom. And if you lose your shirt in our poker room, don’t worry, we have board games too. This home has lots of character - wood floors, crown molding, large kitchen with a huge butcher-block island, separate rooms downstairs and an awesome deck. We spent our days out at the various lakes fishing, kayaking, paddle boating and hiking. At night we went a short distance to the infamous Whiskey Row and listened to the concerts on the square. The home was very clean and she even left little snacks for us, which were much appreciated. The beds were comfy and a king size bed is kind of rare in Prescott, so we really appreciated it! The kitchen was beautiful and stocked with everything you might need to prepare meals. There were lots of places to sit and enjoy the space. Our kids loved the smart TVs and provided games.
