The cozy apartment is one section of the historic 1847 Perkins Homestead farmhouse; Private entrance leads to living room with couch in front of charming non working fireplace, table for casual eating and stuffed chair for reading. Kitchenette with sink/refrigerator/coffee maker/micro + convection toaster oven; Upstairs are two cozy bedrooms! The master bedroom has bead board ceilings, queen bed, adjoining bathroom w/ bathtub/newly tiled walls; second bedroom has a queen size bed w/ antiques. The space The home is "The Perkins Homestead". The upstairs master "suite" is a cozy room with sloped bead board ceilings and an adjoining bathroom. The bathroom is appointed with a bath tub and newly tiled walls. The bedroom and bath are serviced with an air conditioner for those hot summer days. Across the hall is the second bedroom appointed with antiques! Guest access The access to the apartment is a private entrance on the left end of the home. You walk up three huge antique stone slab steps....the original access to that end of the farmhouse. I have a new fire pit which you are welcome to use just outside your private entrance! Other things to note If you need laundry access it can be arranged for a slight extra fee of $5.00 which includes detergent and dryer sheets.
