Book your next stay in our Ranch guest house. Located on a peaceful and private 10 acre property in Hill Country and just a short 30 minute drive to downtown, Lake Austin & Travis. Many of the best Texas wineries, breweries and distilleries in Texas are as convenient as 5 minutes away. ADA compliant w/2 bedrooms/1 bath with a tub and separate shower, a large, wood burning fireplace a large deck, screened in porch, century old Oaks, views of wildlife year round. The space A cozy home nestled in the country on a large ranch. Early mornings and at dusk if you are quiet the wildlife will wander around the house. Close to several small unique towns with wine tastings, shopping and great dining. The house is adjacent to our home, with lots of space and privacy between the two homes. Cozy and inviting with two story ceilings in the living areas, our home can comfortably accommodate up to 7 guests; if you wish to request additional guests to stay, please let us know so that we can prepare accordingly depending on the arrangements. We do not allow cats but dogs are welcome, with an extra cleaning fee. Guest access Full guest house access and private fenced yard, with deck. Private parking area plenty of space for multiple cars. Outdoor furniture and fire pit. Plenty of space to walk around and explore nature. Our 10 acres can be explored by you(and your on-leash dogs), but please respect our privacy and refrain from entering our front yard or backyard. MEET FARM ANIMALS! get to know some of our favorite farm animals with access to our goats, mini pig and chickens. enjoy fresh eggs when available and give scratches to the friendliest goats and piggy you'll ever meet. Wander around to see the horses, stay quiet and see the wildlife, we have wild deer, turkeys, foxes, lots of birds sighted daily on the property.
