Nicely appointed Southern Lake Design three bedroom home with very comfortable beds, smart tvs and BLACKOUT curtains in all bedrooms. Our 1st Bedroom is extra large (20x14) with a King size Premium Mlily mattress and has an extra large bathroom with shower and jetted Jaccuzzi tub. The master bedroom is large enough to fit a air mattress brought by guest. 2nd bedroom has a premium queen-size latex bed and private bathroom and the 3rd bedroom has a queen-size memory foam bed with a bathroom down the hall. There is a 4th bedroom, locked but coming soon. Guest access Guest have access to the entire home and property except one locked storage room, pantry closet with host personal food, linen closet and supply closet. Other things to note For safety reasons we do not allow babies or toddlers. Our main concern is for the safety of all our guest!! Note: We have a professional exterminate that treats regularly and always have bug spray on hand. This is VERY, VERY RARE but we need to disclose this due to a prior incident, no credits will be issued for minor bugs, insects, ants, etc! :) We have cameras around this property that are only viewed if incidents occur and for the safety of our property! We are always available to address any issues or concerns during your stay. We have a locked storage rooms and closets for personal items and linens.
