Less than 20 minutes from downtown (think Omaha Zoo, CenturyLink Center, Museums as well as Dundee and Askarben!) 10 minutes from I80 and minutes away from shopping and everything else you need! Enjoy spending time together inside with ample indoor space as well as a great backyard and playground/ neighborhood park just across the street. This home will be perfect for your family/ large group stay. This home is unique because it is specially set up for short term rentals in mind. Games, books, toys, dishes, linens...the list goes on and on...if you need it we most likely have it for you. And if we don't, just ask! We want to make your stay comfortable and memorable. You will have access to the entire home and backyard. The basement is currently locked for renovations and storage. We are always just a phone call away. We also live locally, so if we are in town, we'd be happy to help you in person with any of your needs. Our home is located right in the heart of West Omaha. There are kind neighbors on both sides (please be respectful:) There are no neighbors to the front. Home faces a large neighborhood park with a basketball court, football field, pavilion, picnic tables and playground, Also access to many trails and a nature walking area/ preserve. There is ample parking on the driveway and street parking is also available. The home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. A clean park is located directly across the street. Please note there is a fire station and train located near by so an occasional siren or train may be heard.
