Absolutely adorable 1800 sqft cottage located right on St. Martin Bayou. Enjoy coastal breezes on the back porch & fish out of the back yard!! Very conveniently located near I-10 and close to downtown Biloxi, Ocean Springs, and D'Iberville (5-7 min drive to all 3 locations). Open plan with a large kitchen and living space, laundry room, and 3 bedrooms along the north side of the house with a Jack & Jill bath in between...large primary suite has over-sized tub. Enjoy tv's in each bedroom The space Everything on the property is open to guests other than the garage and 2 owners closets which are locked. Garage will be included for longer stays upon special request Guest access There will be a unique code given to each party coming in for a stay the morning of your booking along with instructions. WiFi codes and other useful info will be in a booklet on the kitchen counter along with a guest book. We would love to have each guest write a little note about where they’re coming from and the nature of their stay. Speckled trout are around in the winter, spring and fall and redfish are there all year round. Minutes from a boat launch and other fishing areas.
