Enjoy spectacular panoramic views from this 3BR, 3BA modern southwestern home from its central West Sedona location. Walk to trails with spectacular red rock vistas just a few yards away. Visit the local restaurants and shop at Whole Foods Market by walking a mere half mile. If you'd rather, you can order food out and enjoy the views of Sedona without ever leaving the house. The space The space includes an open living area and kitchen with panoramic red rock views. All three bedrooms also have panoramic red rock views. Each bedroom has its own private bath. Additionally, the living room and each bedroom have a television. Both cable and streaming are available. (Note that the TV in the smallest bedroom has only streaming). Outdoor spaces include the front deck with panoramic red rock views that is accessible from the living room and master bedroom and the back patio with hot tub, which is accessible from the main living area and looks up to the airport loop. There is a small office in addition to the three bedrooms. Total square footage is about 2200 square feet. A dog bed for a small to medium sized dog is provided in the master bedroom. We do allow up to two dogs with pre-approval. We do request that you bring your furry friend's favorite blankets to cover bedding and furniture. Further, if your pup has separation anxiety, do not leave him alone in the house. Obviously, we ask that you pick up after your pup.
