Our property offers a comfortable Queen bed in the main bedroom with an en-suite bath, a full size bed in the second bedroom, and an additional self-inflatable air mattress that can accommodate up to six guests. You can spend your time on the front porch, curled up with a good book, relax by the fire pit, or soak in the hot tub. The kitchen is fully stocked with updated appliances, while the separate dining room can accommodate up to 6 guests. The living room is perfect for family game nights, with board games and a 55” TV. Our backyard patio space is also a great place to hang out, with three levels and a privacy fence that ensures a sense of seclusion despite being only 0.5 miles away from downtown State street and restaurants. There are two covered parking spaces available for guests and could park one on the street behind no parking sign. Interaction with our guests will be as needed or as far way as you would like. The only "must" would be a weekly hot tub maintenance visit through the exterior entrance of the back outdoor area. We also mow the property weekly during season. Note: We will advise guests of these required spa water sample testing and maintenance times prior to arrival via messaging on Airbnb. We are located within a 5 minute walk to historic Bristol. There are numerous shops, restaurants, and local breweries, all within a quick walk to downtown. The home itself is within a short walk to downtown Bristol. There are numerous parks close by for hiking, close to the Appalachian trail, and many other site seeing opportunities. Twin-City Casa Tips • Movies are in the drawers of the TV stand in living room • Board games, cards etc. located in the gray bench under living room window • Bath, hand towels, washcloths, and spa towels are in the blue dresser in the spare bedroom and in the dark wood dresser in the master. Please put dirty towels in the hamper; one is located in the corner of each bedroom closet. • Self-inflatable Queen mattress with “headboard” is in the master closet. There are extra sheets for this bed in the master dresser. Extra pillows are in the master as well. • The hot tub speakers are turned on by the red switch on the front. You will then connect via Bluetooth to “Sco12345” and play your choice of music through the hot tub speakers. Please turn the switch to off when completed.
