Welcome to this gorgeous newly remodeled 3BR/2BA, craftsman style home, located in the heart of Downtown San Jose. Entire house is WI-FI Enabled. The house is ideal for business travelers, Couples, Groups and /or families and can comfortably host up to 6 Adults/kids in the 3 bedrooms. The MAIN HOUSE consists of a spacious living room with comfortable leather sofa with lots of natural light, leading into a formal dining room and newly remodeled kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops, and stylish cabinets. There are three generous sized bedrooms (all with comfortable Queen size beds). Two newly remodeled bathrooms and laundry with washer and dryer. Please note the Third Bedroom is located in a separate and DETACHED COTTAGE - a few steps from the main house located in back garden. It consists of a large self-contained bedroom which is fully furnished with 1 Queen bed and a sofa/ sofa- bed which opens up to a full-sized bed. (Access to bathroom for third bedroom is located in rear of main house and is a few steps away). Beautifully landscaped garden with new hardscape, custom fire pit, gas BBQ, outdoor dining and seating with outdoor lighting. Ideal for outdoor relaxing. Two Smart TV’s and Wi-Fi enabled. All I ask in return is that you PLEASE treat and use my home with respect as you would your own and comply with the House Rules. Bedding- there are a total of 5 beds in the house. Three Queen sized comfortable beds in each bedroom that will Sleeps 6. In addition, there are two extra beds- a full-sized folding bed in the main house and a full-sized double sofa bed available in bedroom 3/cottage. Please inform host in advance if these extra beds are to be set up with linen and pillows. There will be an extra charge of $25 per bed for set up/put back and use of extra linen. Outdoor Gas BBQ- the outdoor gas BBQ grille is provided for your convenience. Please use it with care and leave it clean after use. We recommend using foil on the grill, so the cleaning is easy. The host will attempt to provide gas in cylinder but cannot assure this at all times. Should the gas cylinder be empty during your stay, please exchange at local gas station, Home Depot or ACE Hardware store. Exterior Security Cameras- there are 4 Exterior Cameras in the property. These are located at 1). Front door entrance 2) Front Garden 3) Side Driveway facing gate 4) Back Garden area. Please note guest privacy is assured. Footage is not accessed. footage will only be accessed in the event of security incidents or complaints received due to noise levels and/or unauthorized large parties /gatherings occurring. Due to FEW past guest related issues and incidents experienced, I need to clearly state my HOUSE RULES & Booking Terms & Conditions and require ALL GUESTS to read and agree with the house rules prior to making a booking. The house rules & Booking Terms & Conditions are listed in the "House Rules- REFER DETAILS" Section. By making a booking, the registered guests acknowledges that you have READ AND AGREE WITH THE HOUSE RULES AND TERMS of BOOKING. PLEASE NOTE - IF ANY OF THE HOUSE RULES ARE VIOLATED, AIRBNB WILL BE INFORMED AND THE STAY WILL BE IMMEDIATELY ENDED. There will also be a COMPLETE FORFEITURE OF YOUR SECURITY DEPOSIT. ***AIRPLANE NOISE- Please note that the house is located on the flight path to San Jose Airport and may have airplane noise at certain times of the day. The house is fitted with double Payne windows and guests have not found noise levels an issue. However, I wish to highlight this for your information. *** Construction work- Please note there is a construction development project taking place nearby.
