No parties or large gatherings- only registered guests after 10PM quiet hours Guests will have access to their private suites, as well as the beautifully maintained courtyard, which is perfect for meditation, working outdoors, or enjoying a cocktail. You'll enjoy the full kitchen with an Italian Technogas range, Subzero fridge, and GE dishwasher. There's room for up to 14 to dine. There are three separate lounge areas, and an additional kitchenette for your convenience. There is a projector with an Apple TV that creates a big screen for movie nights. This home can be setup to accommodate children quite well. Please let us know if you will be traveling with children and what their ages are, and we will leave the appropriate toys and crafts available for you. Additionally, let us know if you would like to use our Lotus travel crib or a highchair, and we will make those available. Because of the mezzanine stairs, it may be a challenge to stay here with a child who is able to crawl/walk but not safely navigate stairs (usually 1-2-year-olds). Otherwise this is a very family friendly zone! If you prefer to have the two twin beds pushed together to accommodate a couple rather than two singles, we are happy to do that for you. Please just let us know ahead of time. Please note that one of the bedrooms is on a mezzanine which is open to the floor below, so that room only has a stairway separating it from the main living space and no door, but sleeping under the beautiful exposed beams makes up for any lack of privacy in our opinion. Explore the many museums, shops, and distilleries in the area, or have a fun day out at Waterfront Park and catch a game at the iconic Slugger Field. Most destinations, including the airport, can be reached in 15 minutes or less. The City's bike-share system: LouVelo, has over 27 stations connecting NULU, Downtown, and Old Louisville. Download the "Transit" app to use this service. The nearest station is only 2 blocks away. Lime and Bird scooters are also plentiful and a fun way to hop around the neighborhoods. Parking: We do not have dedicated spots but FREE parking is available on both sides of the street just outside the property. There is also additional street parking ½ block away, and paid parking garages just one block away. We are readily available to assist with navigating if guests have questions when they arrive. Please follow street signs and meter hours in order to avoid tickets. This is a two-story building, and this home is located on the upper level. As this is a historic building in a bustling neighborhood, you might hear noise from the guests downstairs, or from the alley alongside the building. For your comfort, you will find ear plugs in your room. Because guests will likely be staying downstairs we also ask that you walk softly on the floors (no shoes recommended) and have quiet times before 10am and after 10pm.
