Our Cottage sits on the beautiful Lake Hartwell in a deep water cove located in Townville, SC. Lake access is just steps from the front door and has easy access for all down the paved path on a gentle sloped yard. The private dock and jet ski dock are perfect for those wanting to bring their own boat. The beautiful deck has a large covered area along with an open area if you are wanting to soak up some sun. THIS IS A NON SMOKING PROPERTY. The space You will never want to leave this beautiful lakefront cottage with its own private dock and double jet ski EZ dock. If you prefer to bring your own boat, this is the perfect location as there are several marinas within 10 minutes of the property. On site there are 2 kayaks and a paddle board available to you during your stay. The paved walkway down to the lake is a gradual slope and easy access for all, making this a great choice for guests of all ages! The house is beautifully updated and has a fully stocked kitchen for your convenience. There are 6 beds available, sleeping 10 comfortably. The newly added master suite has large windows facing the lake and a beautiful porch. Relax in the shade of the porch as you take in the perfect lake views from a custom made bed swing, or enjoy the sun as you sunbathe on the dock or lower deck! This cottage is nestled in a deep water cove, just minutes from big water. “God’s Country”, aka our Clemson Tigers Stadium and Clemson Marina, is a mere 15 minute boat ride or about 20 minutes by car. Additionally, grocery shopping is easy with stores within 8 miles of the lake house. Lake Hartwell is a wonderful place to visit. With over 690 miles of shoreline, it is perfect for a short or long getaway! This charming cottage with easy lake access and incredible views will not disappoint! This cottage sits on a quiet residential street and is not conducive for loud parties. It is best suited for families or a small group of responsible adults. The backyard overlooking the lake is the perfect place for a game of corn hole, yardzee or water pong and fun for the whole family! Other things to note The cove is excellent for fishing. Wifi and Directv are available. Please be courteous of the neighbors and comply with the noise ordinance. Quiet time begins at 10pm. There is a no wake zone within 20 yards of all docks. Please be courteous. Surveillance Device Disclosure:We have a Ring Doorbell that records those entering the home. There are no devices inside of the home. The doorbell is used to protect packages from theft and not to monitor guest activity. There is absolutely NO SMOKING INSIDE THE HOUSE OR ON THE PATIO.
