While retaining many of the original architecture features, it has an all modern kitchen, central heat/air, laundry room and flat screen TV. A lovely yard has a built in BBQ and Frig. This home has easy street parking and is 2 blocks from Lincoln Ave in Willow Glen. There are many fine restaurants, coffee houses and sports bars as well as specialty shops on Lincoln Ave. The master bedroom has a queen bed and separate shower and Jacuzzi bath. A queen size sofa bed is in the den and includes an en suite full bathroom. There is a third full size bathroom. The office will sleep up to two additional guests. All of the home is available for your use. A notebook with local information (favorite restaurants, coffee shops and shopping), instructions explaining the operation of the utilities and emergency numbers is included. I am available through my cell phone and our next door neighbor can assist in any emergencies. Willow Glen is a unique area in San Jose. It is primarily single family homes where the people take great pride in the neighborhood. Lincoln Ave (2 short blocks from the home) has a variety of restaurants for your eating pleasure. Several sports bars and coffee shops are close-by. There are many boutique stores for shopping and a bookstore is on Lincoln. The home is a short 2 block walk to public transportation. We are several miles from downtown San Jose which can be reached by public transportation. The Cal Train Station for travel to Stanford University and San Francisco is a short 2 mile bus ride away. The home is 2 short blocks from public transportation that can take you to Levi Stadium(home of the 50th Superbowl), downtown San Jose and Cal Train (transportation to Stanford University and San Francisco). The backyard has a covered patio and includes a built in gas BBQ and refrigerator.
