Located in North Prominence, a family friendly community just across 30-a from the Hub! A 10-15 min walk to the beach or take our golf cart- there are several nearby access points. Seasetruck is a 3BR/ 3BA is beautifully decorated townhome. Located 2 blocks from the resort-style pool, this home comes with a 6 seater golf cart to explore the nearby beaches! *prominence does not have direct beach access* there is a tram that runs seasonally to the beach* AGE requirement is 25, no exceptions. The space This vacation home has everything you need to make yourself at home! The chef’s kitchen is fully stocked. All rooms are equipped with large smart tvs for streaming. We have USB ports through out the home. The master suite has a king bed. Guest room has a queen bed. The third room has twin/twin and full/full bunks! We have a full size washer and dryer… a clothing steamer and beach chairs for you to use- our 6 seater golf cart is there for your convenience too! *please note that we store our personal Jeep in the garage* you are allowed 2 cars to be parked in our drive way. We provide a starter pack of toilet paper, dish soap, paper towels and laundry detergent. *Please bring your own beach towels *bikes can be rented downstairs *chairs and umbrellas can be rented at the beach Guest access Our driveway has two parking spaces.
