In the heart of Palm Springs, just minutes from the best of it all, this home is all about the indoor/outdoor lifestyle in a compound that allows you to relax away from the world. The space This private walled compound makes you feel right at home! Pull your car into the electric gate and escape into your own Mid-Century compound. With a private pool nestled beneath a mountain view, chaise lounges and your own al fresco dinning area, Casa Sunny Dunes is the perfect desert escape. With two full bathrooms and three bedrooms, each with a Queen bed and SmartTV, it's a comfortable retreat for the whole family. The fully stocked kitchen, gas and charcoal grills make this home the place to entertain for a long weekend, or a week away from it all. Guest access The entire property is walled, gated and private to you! We do use our garage for storage, but do not access it while guests are staying. Other things to note Our pool is located in the front of the home and is situated beneath a mountain view. There is no security fence surrounding the pool and we ask that children be supervised at all times while in the yard. There are interior alarms on the doors that make a chime noise so that parents can be alerted if a door opens and their child walks outside. Please supervise your family and reiterate the importance of pool safety! The pool is relatively shallow and we ask that there is absolutely no diving, cannonballing, flips, pencil jumps, corkscrew jumps or other jumps (trick or standard) in the pool. We are very dog friendly and welcome pets with open arms. We do charge a fee of $30/pet and ask that you please clean up after your pet. There is a pooper scooper on the side of the house beside the trash cans – please use them both!
